We have a diverse and well-rounded Professional Development (PD) program at ACA. We hold two in-house professional development days where teachers benefit from external facilitators and experienced teachers demonstrating effective ways of teaching and learning.

Every Tuesday afternoon is dedicated to in-house professional development, conducted either school wide at the monthly collaboration meeting or department specific as guided by the principals of the respective sections.

We have external experts and trainers visiting the school to provide sessions that the teachers can attend to help them develop professionally.

We provide all teachers and administrators with an allowance to spend on professional development opportunities that they are able to select either independently or from a variety of options that we recommend.
